Scope of our services

We provide private-pay, non-medical personal assistance and companion support: companionship, accompaniment to appointments, errands and shopping, light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, community and salon outings, family respite, and scheduled check-in visits. Where medication is mentioned, we offer reminders only — we never administer or manage medication. We do not provide nursing, therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or any licensed clinical service.

Emergencies

This website and our forms are not monitored around the clock and must never be used to report an emergency. If someone is in danger or needs urgent medical help, call 911. For urgent but non-emergency questions, call us at (516) 297-5396.

Rates and availability

Published rates on our pricing page are starting points and are subject to your consultation, the support required, travel distance, scheduling, and availability. Final rates are agreed with you before support begins. We are private-pay only and do not bill insurance or Medicaid.

Requests and appointments

Submitting a form is a request, not a booking. No consultation, visit, or schedule is guaranteed until we confirm it with you directly by phone or email. Availability can change, and we may be unable to accept every request.
