We provide support throughout Brooklyn, Nassau County, and Suffolk County, New York, with our closest day-to-day coverage in Nassau County. If you're just outside our usual area, call us — we can often still help or refer you to someone we trust.

Is this medical or nursing care?

Desire Enterprises LLC provides non-medical personal assistance and companion support only. We do not provide nursing, medical treatment, medication administration, or emergency services. In an emergency, call 911.

Do you accept insurance or Medicaid?

We are a private-pay service, which means families pay directly. There are no insurance approvals, waiting periods, or hour limits — you choose the schedule and the level of support you want.

How much does support cost?

Hourly support starts at $25/hour for Basic Support, $30/hour for Standard Care, and $35/hour for Premium Care. Transportation is $15–$40 per trip, and a full day (8 hours) is $200. Rates are subject to your consultation and availability — full details are on our Support Packages & Rates page.

Can you help with medication?

We can provide gentle reminders at the times your family arranges. We do not administer, prepare, or manage medication of any kind — that must come from a licensed provider.
