We provide care throughout Nassau County and surrounding areas, New York. If you're just outside our usual area, call us — we can often still help or refer you to someone we trust.

Do you accept insurance or Medicaid?

We are a private-pay agency, which means families pay directly. There are no insurance approvals, waiting periods, or hour limits — you choose the schedule and the level of care you want.

How much does care cost?

Hourly care starts at $25/hour for Basic Support, $30/hour for Standard Care, and $35/hour for Premium Care. Transportation is $15–$40 per trip, and a full day (8 hours) is $200. Full details are on our Care Packages & Pricing page.

Every caregiver is personally interviewed and vetted by our owner, Erlande Desire, before working with a family. We match caregivers thoughtfully and keep the same person on your schedule whenever possible.

Do you offer nursing care?

A Visiting Nurse (RN) is available upon request for families who need skilled oversight in addition to daily personal assistance.
